  • FC Chennaiyin rose to fourth in the Indian Super League on Tuesday (24th November) with a 4-0 rout of the Delhi Dynamos in Chennai.

Week 12 of the Indian Super League saw two teams pushing for play-off semi-final spots.

Mahindra Singh Dohni was in Chennai, as the Delhi Dynamos looked to move top of the league while FC Chennaiyin were on their heels pushing for a semi-final spot.

16 minutes in nothing more that an aimless ball forward caused chaos in the Dynamos defence.

Stiven Mendoza truly grateful to Toni Doblas in the Delhi goal.

Much to the delights of India's cricket captain.

Four minutes later, Delhi were in despair again.

Bruno Pelissari played in Mendoza, and then Pelissari followed up the initial effort.

The Colombian Mendoza wasn't done there. He played in Jeje Lalpekhlua for 3-0.

Delhi continue to create their own downfall as Mendoza went clear before Lalpekhlua got his second.

Chennaiyin now sit fourth two points off Delhi in third. 4 teams qualify for the play-offs with two rounds to play.
