WANTED MAN ... Arsenal's Cesc Fabregas
Mancini also wants Zlatan Ibrahimovic, the striker with whom he won Serie A at Inter Milan.
City's boss said: "If Zlatan wants to come to City, I would immediately find a place for him."
Ibrahimovic, on loan at AC Milan from Barcelona, would cost around £20m.
City's win over Spurs took them seven points clear of fifth-placed Liverpool with two games left.
Mancini added: "I'm proud of all the players and it is a great achievement. But now we have to save all our strength for Saturday's FA Cup final.
"Our target at the start of the season was to qualify for the Champions League and reach a big final - so we have managed to do that.
"As I said when I arrived, in two or three years, Manchester City can become one of the top clubs in Europe.
"We have everything you need to do this.
"Now we must think of the weekend. This latest win will give us a lift for Saturday."
Spurs chief Harry Redknapp said: "With a little bit of tweaking in the summer we will try to get back in the Champions League next year. But it will be difficult.
"As for City, they can go as far as they want to go. The sky is the limit."
City's Champions League qualification means FA Cup final rivals Stoke will be in the Europa League next season.
