Marseille displayed more defensive frailties on Sunday, throwing away a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 with Auxerre in the French league.
France striker Loic Remy opened the scoring Sunday for Marseille after two minutes by heading in a free kick from Mathieu Valbuena.
Ghana winger Andre Ayew headed home a corner by Valbuena to double the lead in the 43rd.
Burkina Faso midfielder Alain Traore pulled one back for Auxerre in the 46th after some fine work from Ben Sahar, on loan from Spanish club Espanyol. Auxerre forward Roy Contout nodded in a corner by Dariusz Dudka to level in the 81st.
In Evian, Tunisian forward Saber Khelifa scored from a tight angle in the 51st to give the hosts a 1-0 win over Nice.
