MANCHESTER City overcame a resolute Burnley 2-1 this afternoon, scooping three vital points in the title race – but Pep Guardiola seemed less than happy.
The Spanish coach behaved nothing like the polite, courteous figure fans have come to expect, instead appearing petulant and rude while speaking with reporters after the game.
Guardiola seemed particularly irritated by Brazilian midfielder Fernandinho’s sending off during the match – his third red card already this season.
When asked for his opinion of the decision, he curtly replied: “You are the journalist.
"Ask the referee. Not me.”

Pressed for an opinion on his side’s perceived lack of discipline, the 45-year-old became increasingly agitated.
"I have to understand the rules here in England,” he continued.
"I know you are a specialist, but I have to understand it.”
Despite Fernandinho’s first-half dismissal, City rallied to score two goals in four minutes after the break.

Gael Clichy netted just his third goal in the Premier League before Sergio Aguero rifled home his 153rd goal in City colours to move him level with Colin Bell on the club’s list of all-time scorers.
Burnley centre-half Ben Mee set the game up for a nail-biting finish with a 70th minute strike, but the Sky Blues were able to hold out for a vital three points.
Guardiola’s team now lie in third place in the table, just two behind Liverpool.
