Tom Parkes gives Carlisle a boost ahead of Cambridge clash

Carlisle have been short on numbers but were buoyed in midweek by the performance of defender Tom Parkes.
The summer signing played all 120 minutes of the Carabao Cup win at Fleetwood despite being doubtful after limping off in last week's loss at Swindon.
Shamal George, the 19-year-old goalkeeper on loan from Liverpool, is back in contention after returning from an England training camp.
Midfielders Jason Kennedy and John O'Sullivan are still to feature this season due to groin problems.
Cambridge coach Shaun Derry is set to make extensive changes for his team's EFL League clash with Carlisle.
Derry made nine changes for the Carabao Cup tie at Bristol Rovers and the side responded with a 4-1 defeat.
Derry felt some of the players who came in failed to impress, stating "certain people will realise that was an opportunity missed".
David Forde, Luke Berry, Liam O'Neil and Jabo Ibehre are among those set to be restored to the starting XI against Carlisle.
