Queen of the South and Dunfermline share spoils at Palmerston Park

Dunfermline were denied a win when skipper Lee Ashcroft's last-minute header was cleared off the line to earn Queen of the South a point.
The 0-0 draw brought an end to the Pars' two-game losing streak while Queen of the South have now failed to win any of their last five league games.
Nicky Clark went close to breaking the deadlock in the first half at Palmerston Park, but the Dunfermline striker could only find the side netting with a close-range shot from a narrow angle.
The home side responded and Stephen Dobbie tested Sean Murdoch from distance with a shot the goalkeeper tipped over the bar for a corner.
Both sides had chances to score in the second half, but the closest was in the final minute when Dunfermline captain Ashcroft saw his header cleared off the line.
