Inverness stay mighty on home turf

Inverness extended their unbeaten home Ladbrokes Championship run to five matches with a 3-1 victory over Queen of the South.
The home side took an early lead as midfielder Iain Vigurs headed Gary Warren's assist into the top corner after just three minutes at Tulloch Caledonian Stadium.
Summer signing Joe Chalmers doubled Caley's lead just before the half-hour mark as he fired Liam Polworth's floated corner through a crowded box from 25 yards out for his first goal for the club.
Polworth also played a part in Inverness' third of the afternoon as he set up Aaron Doran, who picked out the bottom corner from 12 yards out and just beat Doonhamers goalkeeper Jack Leighfield after 58 minutes.
Owen Bell headed a late consolation for the visitors four minutes from time but it was not enough as they dropped down to fifth as Inverness moved up a spot to sixth.
