Kieran Kennedy hits winner against Sutton

Kieran Kennedy struck the only goal of the game as Wrexham beat Sutton 1-0 to remain three points shy of third place in the Vanarama National League.
The Dragons defender broke the deadlock in the 78th minute when he hit a loose ball into the top corner after Sutton were unable to clear their lines.
In the first half, Wrexham’s Bobby Grant had two chances to take the lead, with both narrowly missing Ross Worner’s goal while Gime Toure came close for Sutton.
Wrexham keeper Robert Lainton’s goal kick almost caught his opposing number out, but Worner was able to tip the ball behind for a corner as his side recorded their third successive league win.
