    Script:

PUMA's Mar Mostro crossed the finish line to win Leg 6 of the Volvo Ocean Race in Miami after a thrilling chase to the finish on Wednesday.

Skipper Ken Read and his crew scored a second consecutive win to confirm a major fightback since the team's devastating retirement from Leg 1 with a broken mast.

Camper, who at one time had closed the gap to just half a mile astern, crossed the finish line for second place just over an hour later to earn the team 25 points.

Groupama came in third after fending off fourth-placed Telefonica in another tense match race. The result moves Groupama to within 11 points of overall leaders Telefonica, who crossed the line 37 minutes behind them for fourth.

Team Sanya, after being forced out of Leg 5 from New Zealand to Brazil, suffered damage to their boat - leaving them with no choice but to ship the craft straight to America, missing Leg 6 in the process. They will rejoin the fleet in Miami.

Those results left the top four on the overall leaderboard separated by just 17 points, while confirming that PUMA are right back in contention.
