"I'm feeling ok. Like I said, my strokes are feeling, I guess today after having that morning off I kind of just wanted to get refreshed and rest up and tonight I felt more relaxed and my strokes kind of felt like the old strokes. Hopefully through the week we can progress some more and the next couple of days there are going to be some fun races for you guys to watch."

    Q. In London, who is going to be the biggest competitor for you?

"I know who you want me to say. That's the thing, there are going to be a lot of people. I'll in 2008 there were some surprises to me about how fast some people swam that race. There are a lot of guys who finish that race well and the person who finished the race the best is going to win. You can't win the race by taking it out fast. It's going to be a fun race and it's going to be a very challenging race. The person who is under 30 on every single one of the fifties is going to win the race."
