SOUNDBITE: (English) Paula Radcliffe, English long-distance runner:
(Q: How are you coping with your disappointment of being unable to compete in the Games and what have you made of them so far?)
"Not sure that I really am. I certainly haven't got over it yet. But it was a big decision if I would be strong enough to come here while it's on rather than go away somewhere and I'm really glad that I did (stay in London) because it's been amazing to see and I'm so proud of how the teams done and how everyones doing, and more than that, I'm really proud of Britain and how well we're staging it. How well London is coming across. I think it's, aside from my hurt and not being able to take part in it, it's by far the best atmosphere of any of the Games that I've been to and that's really great to see and being British, I'm really proud of that."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Robert Grabarz, High jump bronze medalist
(Q: Congratulations on your medal. You seemed a little bit disappointed with bronze at the time, how are you feeling about it now?)
"I was slightly worried to be honest about not getting the bronze as I left it in someone elses hands for starters and then I knew there was an opportunity to grab for a better medal because not winning, you're always going to strive for more being competitive and being an athlete, but I got myself a medal, in London, I couldn't be happier."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Robert Grabarz, High jump bronze medalist
(Q: Do you think the medal will mean you're under more pressure to deliver in the future?)
"Maybe. But the expectations are harder from myself than other people will have of me and I'm dreaming of that gold medal in Rio already."
