Yohan Blake says he is never satisfied with himself as he looks to become the world's best sprinter.

Ahead of Friday's Brussels Diamond League athletics meeting, Jamaica's Yohan Blake took time out to give local children a sprinting clinic in the Belgian capital.

'The Beast' will be running in the 200m in the Memorial Van Damme, the Belgian leg in the 2012 Diamond League series.

His appearance at last year's event left many spectators open-mouthed.

Blake clocked 19.26 seconds over 200 metres, the second fastest time ever over the distance and just seven-hundredths of a second outside Usain Bolt's world record mark.

Having won silver in both the 100m and 200m at the Olympic Games Blake says there is still plenty of room for improvement as he looks to end his training partner Bolt's reign as the king of sprinting.

SOUNDBITE (English) Yohan Blake, Jamaican sprinter:

"I am never satisfied, my aim is always high. My aim I don't think I can reach until I finish my glory of life."

Blake can't win the 200m title, which has one to Nickel Ashmeade, but will fancy his chances of coming out on top in Brussels on Friday night, despite the presence of France's Christophe LeMaitre and Jamacia's Warren Weir.
