Lee continues fine form in India

    World number one and top seed Chong Wei Lee of Malaysia wins his third Super Series title of the year and 31st of his career at the India Open in Delhi on Sunday (28th April).

    If you're a Malaysian badminton supporter then sit back and relax, you're main man Chong Wei Lee was in fine form again in India.

    The World number 1 and top seed Lee picked up another win at round four of international Badminton's Super Series event in Delhi.

    Lee was looking for his thirteeth straight win over Japan's Kenichi Tago as the pair met in the Men's singles final.

    And he eventually emerged victorious 21-15, 18-21, 21-17 after 62 minutes on court and now has three Super Series titles to his name in 2013.

    It was his 31st Super Series win and 47th career title and the fans favourite took a moment to shake hands with his supporters.

    The final medal event of the day was the Mens doubles event - and Xiaolong Liu and Zihan Qiu of China beat Sung Hyun Ko and Yong Dae Lee of South Korea 22-20, 20-18.
