Chris and Gabrielle Adcock speak on their victorious match and marital status at the Dubai BWF World Super Series Finals on Wednesday (9 December).

"I don't know, i think we played the tight points really really well... They came out very strong in the first set, we didn't quite stick to the plans, especially me in the first game. But in the second end of that we kind of got used to it and put us in good stead for second set. The second set was pretty much perfect from us. We were 20-17 up in the third and when they got to 20-all, it was quite frustrating but we managed to pull ourselves together, relaxed, stay calm and finish it off in the end."

"I think there is actually few pairs that is playing together are actually partners, I think just that common ground that you have and obviously we both hundred per cent trust each other and we trust that each other is going to try really hard with each other and we want the same goal and yeah, it seems to work really well. We get to travel together to lovely countries like this and go out for nice meals on an evening, so it's not too bad."
