Reaction after China beat South Korea 3-0 to win the Sudirman Cup in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Sunday (May 26).

    SOUNDBITE (Mandarin) Ma Jin, China:

"We were beaten by the Indonesian mixed doubles pairing in the quarter-final, that was also the first match of the tie. Although China came out with a victory in the end, we suffered from huge pressure after the defeat. I think we both learnt a lot this week. So in the final today, we knew how to cope with pressure and just focus on the game."

    SOUNDBITE (Mandarin) Chen Long, China:

"(There was not so much pressure) Because the men's singles is not the first match of a tie. And most of the time, my team-mates won the previous games before mine. It was actually a huge boost to my confidence. So I am quite relaxed on court. But the whole tournament seems a little bit longer than I expected."

SOUNDBITE (Korean) Lee Yong-dae, South Korea:

"We are satisfied with a silver medal, but it was very disappointing final for us today. We didn't perform that well. All Korean players need to put more effort from now on and I believe we will be ready to win the next Sudirman Cup."
