SOUNDBITE: (English) Kenenisa Bekele, 10,000 and 5,000 record holder:
"I start my training for marathon and now I'm training, I'm preparing myself for the Paris Marathon. The difference between marathon and 10,000 and 5,000 metres - it's a big difference. Because in marathon I have to run every day, long runs, like more miles than 10,000 metres. For 10,000 metres maybe I can't run like sixty or seventy percent less than marathon training. So even the program is quite different and it is very tough because, you know, running longer everyday. So my preparation is good, I'm doing well, so I hope I will achieve a good result over in Paris."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Kenenisa Bekele, 10,000 and 5,000 record holder:
"If we run together, with Mo Farah, we will be competitors. Maybe for me it is the first marathon, (the) beginning. So we have many years to run with Mo Farah and other strong athletes. First I will get my experience, how it feels (to run) a marathon. so for me it's big chance to do this marathon."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Kenenisa Bekele, 10,000 and 5,000 record holder:
"My plan is to run a fast time, you know, if I can, to break the world record. Even so, of course it is not easy, it needs hard work."
