SOUNDBITE: (English) Brian Cookson, UCI President (on people questioning Chris Froome's Tour de France performance):
"I feel very sorry for Chris Froome and Team Sky. I was involved with Team Sky as British Cycling Federation President and involved in establishing that team so I know what's gone on there. I don't believe they've got a culture of doping in that team. I don't believe that there's any organised doping in that team and I don't feel and I don't believe that Chris Froome was doping when he won the Tour de France last year. What's clear is that there are a large number of people out there who do believe that and frankly that's a problem for the UCI because it's our job to restore the reputation of the sport. It's our job to convince that what they can now see is something they can believe in."
