"I don't need to speculate. On a personal basis and speaking for the Dallas Cowboys, we would very much like to have a team in London. It has cache. It has an air about it of international competition. I think London is maybe one of two or three cities outside the United States that really does have all of the criteria that I would look at for having an NFL team. I certainly know that one of the reasons we're here this week and playing Sunday is to help increase the interest in the game and awareness of our game. I think it could work, timing wise, logistics wise, all of those things, in this day and time work well enough to be something that is practical and workable as far as the NFL is concerned. So, I'm a big proponent of an NFL team in London."
