SOUNDBITE: Michael Hooper, Australia captain (on how the team have been effected by the death of Australian cricketer Phillip Hughes and the moment of applause before kick-off):

"Yes, it was obviously a very somber mood, throughout the week when we found out about that, but.... through being involved in social media and, I know a lot of the guys, seeing how many tributes are flowing in for Phillip Hughes and his family and the Aussie cricket team, and to see a world away how much respect the guy's gotten and how many people have cared about it, it's fantastic. So, yes, it was a different experience to be a part of and a special one."
